Note that if ON Site these services are limited to the areas of Nelspruit, White River, Sabie, Malelane, Barberton and Rocky's Drift. Some of the items below, will also be available through remote assistance for those requiring them outside of these areas. Note that most things can be resolved through an interactive remote assistance session.
On that note, Practi-Webs is proud to announce a new service for basic desktop support. If you are battling to set up email addresses, are having trouble with your Dial-Up connections, struggling with your Telkom DSL Self Install or similar problems, you are welcome to call us out to assist where we can.
Our technical call out rates are competitive and are billed based on the time required to resolve whatever problem you are having. We will come to the premises where we will strive to quickly detect, isolate and repair your problems or resolve your issues.
Though most computers can be serviced on site, we also offer to collect and deliver your PC, or do less complex work through Remote Connections.
BEFORE taking up a job, though, please consult us telephonically or per email, and give us as much description as possible, that we may have the best option for you, saving you time & money.
